SUMMARY:

Our Aitam Program is not just about providing food and shelter. In Tajuddin Foundation our programme provides complete care to orphanchildren’s. We develop their set of skills which through which they make a positive changes in their lives and break the cycle of poverty.
We believe that lifelong learning is vital to poverty relief and need your support to help these children through long-term sponsorship.With your support we hope to develop Aitam programme and make a real difference to the lives of the orphans and which are the most vulnerable members of society.

WHAT IS THE ISSUE, PROBLEM, OR CHALLENGE?

Pakistan is home to millions of orphan children. Orphanage rate in Pakistan is estimated to be between 27% to 33%.It is estimated that there are currently 1.9 Million orphans and/or abandoned children in Pakistan – and this is a growing number. Many of the orphans are children of victims or laid labor workers. These orphans live in tents and huts beside the roads and suffer from several health diseases. Some have even sold a kidney in a desperate effort to feed their family. There is little or no education for the children and due to their poor social status in the community, when the children lose their parents, there is no one there to care for them! They dig through the trash to survive! They sell themselves into slavery just for a meal!As they are also subject to being brought into prostitution, child trafficking and worst of all terrorism. Most of the radical groups prey on young orphaned children and bring them to do their bidding.

In Tajuddin Foundation we are driven by a sense of AITAM Programme service to the community at small and medium size scale, and particularly in safeguarding the precious lives of the orphan children’s and providing them with a positive life standards which they deserve. We usually need community help and support for the AITAM programme for the donations through long-term sponsorship.

HOW WILL THIS PROJECT SOLVE THIS PROBLEM?

AITAM Programme focuses on education, healthcare, shelter, food, clothing’s and the basic benefit of life. The children on Tajuddin Foundation AITAM programme lives in a peaceful and tranquility environment, also in TWT we are able to provide a secure, stable and nurturing atmosphere to our orphan children’s.
